How We Help

When things become hard, confusing, or emotionally painful, we can all use some help. We offer that for you and your family. We provide psychotherapy for individuals that have experienced trauma or may benefit from guidance in understanding their feelings, emotions and how they affect their lives. We offer assistance during life transitions such as breakups, divorce, professional development, pre-marital counseling, and when encountering an overall need to make significant life changes.

We wholeheartedly believe that human beings have the inner strength and ability to cope with life challenges by themselves. We also believe that the journey to self-discovery can be easier with some professional guidance. Allow us to walk this part of your life journey with you. Self-reflection and discovery have a remarkable impact on the road to achieving inner peace and can bring you that which you feel is missing from your life today.

The curious paradox is that,

when I accept myself just as I am,

then I can change.
